From Inquiry to Shipment
- InquiryYou share your target crop, pest or nutrient need, preferred formulation type and any label constraints from your registration.
- SampleWe prepare a trial sample within 2 to 5 days and send it by your preferred courier. You run your own field or lab checks.
- Formulation confirmationAfter your tests, we lock the active ingredient content, co-formulants, formulation type and packaging specifications.
- DocumentsWe provide the technical documents your registrant needs. You confirm they match your local authority's requirements.
- ProductionWe schedule the batch. Lead time is about 1 month in low season and 1 to 3 months in high season.
- Inspection stepsWe run technical material inspection, batch inspection and pre-delivery inspection. Production samples are kept for two years.
- ShipmentWe ship FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP or DDP from Shanghai, Tianjin or Qingdao. Payment by L/C, T/T, D/P, PayPal or Western Union.
Quality Control Before Your Cargo Leaves
Every order goes through three checks. First, technical material inspection confirms the incoming active ingredients meet the specification we agreed with you. Then batch inspection verifies the formulated product during production. Finally, pre-delivery inspection covers packaging check, powder or liquid sampling and third-party lab analysis.
We keep production samples for two years. If a question comes up after delivery, we can pull the retained sample and review it with you. This doesn't replace your own incoming QC, but it gives you a reference point for any dispute or reorder discussion.
